Terms & Conditions

1. The event

Tribal Experience Island 2026 ("the Event") takes place on 31 July – 2 August 2026 on OPA*21 Island near Călărași, Romania. The Event is organised by Deep House Bucharest ("the Organiser"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Tickets

Tickets are sold exclusively through the Kompostor ticketing platform. The following conditions apply to all tickets:

  • Non-refundable. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the circumstances described in Section 8 (cancellation or postponement).
  • Transferable. Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event (i.e. by 24 July 2026) via the Kompostor platform. Transfers after this date are not permitted.
  • Non-duplicable. Each ticket is unique and may only be used once. Duplicate or forged tickets will be invalidated.
  • Personal identification. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the entrance gate alongside the ticket.
  • Group packs. The 5+1 and 8+2 group packs are subject to the same conditions as individual tickets. The complimentary ticket(s) within a pack are non-separable from the pack purchase.

3. Age and entry requirements

  • The Event is open to persons aged 18 and over. Valid ID is required at the gate.
  • Parents or legal guardians may bring children aged 3 to 8 years (inclusive). Children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times. No ticket is required for children in this age group.
  • Children aged under 3 or over 8 are not permitted on-site.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not meet the above requirements.

4. Access and transport

The Event takes place on an island accessible only by boat. Ticket holders are responsible for their own transport to the departure dock near Călărași. A shuttle service from Bucharest is available and must be booked separately. The Organiser provides boat crossings between the dock and the island at scheduled times. The Organiser accepts no liability for delays or disruptions to transport services caused by weather conditions, third-party operators, or other circumstances outside its control.

5. Code of conduct

All attendees are expected to behave with respect toward other attendees, staff, volunteers, and the natural environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Violence, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
  • Possession or use of illegal substances.
  • Bringing personal generators, external sound systems, or open flame outside designated areas.
  • Damaging or removing any property, installations, or natural features of the island.

The Organiser reserves the right to remove from the Event, without refund, any person whose behaviour is deemed harmful to others or to the Event. The Organiser may involve law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Photography and filming

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and livestreaming may take place for event documentation and promotional purposes. Your image may appear in such material. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff at the entrance and we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. All media produced by the Organiser remains the property of Deep House Bucharest.

7. Health and safety

Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organiser will have first-aid staff present throughout the Event. Attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing and that of minors in their care. The Organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property howsoever arising, except where caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Organiser.

8. Cancellation and postponement

In the event of full cancellation of the Event due to circumstances within the Organiser's control, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the face value of their ticket. In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control (force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or acts of God), the Organiser will use reasonable efforts to offer a credit or partial refund, but cannot guarantee a full refund.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
